Air Fryer Beet Chips
Ingredients
1 lb. raw beets, cleaned peeled and sliced thinly
2 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
½ tsp. pepper optional
Directions
Wash the beets, peel them and cut them into even-sized thin slices. A mandolin slicer works really well.
Dry them well.
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and spread all over the beetroot slices. Add Himalayan salt and pepper (optional) and mix well.
Preheat the air fryer at 160C or 320F for 3 minutes.
Brush with oil and layer the beetroot slices in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 160C or 320F for about 10-12 minutes.
Shaking or flipping them once or twice during air frying. When they get crispy, they start changing their color a bit.
**Remember they crisp up more when taken out.
Garnish them with a little salt and pepper and enjoy.
