Almond Pistachio Cheeseball
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 c slivered almonds, chopped
1/2 c pistachio nuts, chopped
Cream cheeses with mustard.
On wax paper, shape into a roll about 9-inches long. Roll in nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. Makes 10-12 servings. Serve with crackers or your favorite veggies.
