1 cup diced (or 3 small apples)
1 ¾ cups self rising flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp avocado butter or coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup almond strawberry yogurt
½ cup pure maple syrup
6 tbsp plant-milk or any nondairy milk
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl, and then mix the rest with a blender all together.
Add flour mix to wet ingredients until combined. If you want you can throw in about 1/4 of ground walnuts and a tablespoon of ground flaxseed.
Fold in the apples.
Spray bundt pan with coconut spray and light dust with flour.
Baked at 350F for 45-55 mins, or until knife comes out clean.
Let cool for at least 20 mins before taking out if pan.
Very important to let it cool or it’ll fall apart.
Enjoy with a drizzle of melted (2 tablespoons) and about 1/4 of honey.
Mix that well before pouring over top of cake.
