Bacon & Dill Meatloaf
2 lb ground beef
6 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c minced onion
1/4 c dill pickle, chopped fine
2 c fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 c milk
3/4 c ketchup
Combine all ingredients except ketchup.
Put into a greased loaf pan, top with ketchup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
