Bacon Wrapped Turkey Loaf


1 1/2 cup millk

1 pkg stove top stuffing for chicken

5 green onions, chopped

1 3/4 lb lean ground turkey

1 egg

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices of bacon


Heat oven to 400 degrees

Add milk to stuffing. Mix lightly. Stir in the rest of the ingredients minus the bacon. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and set into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange bacon lengthwise on top of loaf, overlapping if necessary. Bake for 55 minutes to an hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
