Baked Rainbow Trout
Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs rainbow trout fillet
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
Paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place fish on top.
In a small bowl blend the sour cream, onion flakes, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and sea salt.
Spread mixture on top of fish, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
