1 cup self rising flour
3 tbsp caster sugar
1/4 tsp grounded cinnamon
1/2 cup milk (semi-skimmed)
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
In a separate bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together.
Add flour, sugar, and cinnamon slowly and whisk. Add blueberries in and whisky gently.
Preheat Ninja Foodi on Bake to 170C for 5 minutes.
Place silicone muffin cups into crisping basket and fill each cup 3/4 full.
Bake for 12 minutes. Use toothpick to poke into top of muffin. If comes out clean in center then they are done. If not, bake for another 2 mins or so and test again.
Put on rack to cool before serving.
