1.5 cups soy milk (or dairy milk)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/8 cup)
1/2 lemon with skin to help round out the sweetness
2 cups of blueberries (preferably frozen)
1 banana (preferably frozen)
4 cubes of ice
Simply blend and enjoy!
