1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/4 c buttermilk
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 large egg
Whisk dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
Pour into a greased 9" baking pan.
Preheat grill to 300 degrees use the BAKE setting.
Bake cornbread for 30 min. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
