Carrot Orange Mango Smoothie
1/2 cup carrot juice (fresh or jarred)
1/2 cup orange juice (squeezed or jarred)
3/4 cup frozen mango (fresh is fine)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple (fresh is fine)
Juice of 1/2 lime
Optional: 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt for added protein
Blend everything and and enjoy.
