Cashew Smoothie


1/2 cup cashews raw, soaked or not

2 cups spinach fresh

1 1/2 cups sweet cherries frozen

2 medium banana cold or frozen

2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk


Blend on high in a drink blender for at least 20 seconds, until the nuts are completely ground.
