Cauliflower & Cheese Casserole
1 cup cauliflower
3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheese
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli and boil them in salted water for 1 minute.
Finely chop the vegetables.
In a bowl mix chopped vegetables, eggs, salt, pepper, grated garlic, cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Butter the base and the edges of a baking tray and pour the mix.
Spread some more cheese on the surface.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
