Cherry Marshmallow Balls


1-10 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3 cups mini marshmallows

1 cups chopped maraschino cherries

2 cups coconut, for rolling


In a large bowl stir the vanilla extract into the sweetened condensed milk. Fold in the graham crumbs. Add the cherries and marshmallows and fold in.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Roll the mixture into about 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll the balls in the coconut.

Place on the lined cookie sheet and continue until all the mixture is used. Wash your hands and then pick up each ball and re-roll it.

Refrigerate or freeze.

  1. This was my grandmothers recipe, we press the mix into a pan of coconut and then top with more coconut and cut into squares, either way-everyone loves them
