Chicken Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes
1 pound ground turkey
½ cup fat free chicken broth
2 ounces fat free cream cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble the turkey into the pan and brown.
Pour the chicken broth into the pan bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and whisk in the cream cheese, stirring until melted.
Add the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the cheese, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
Place a bun on each of four plates and divide the mixture evenly between them.
Serve with french fries for the complete cheeseburger experience.
