3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey

1-16 oz. can of mixed vegetables drained (2 cups frozen)

1 can of chicken or celery creamed soup

1/4 c chopped onion

2 tblsp. flour

2 cup chicken broth

salt & pepper to taste

Biscuit Topping

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 cup flour

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup melted butter


In a large saucepan combine chicken or turkey, veggies, soup, onion, and flour. Mix well. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring often. Pour into ungreased shallow pyrex dish. Make topping and spoon over mixture. Cook at 425 for 25 minutes.
