Chinese Chicken Salad


4 c cooked chicken, cut-up

5 oz can bamboo shoots, drained

5 oz can water chestnuts, sliced and drained

2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

1 c slivered almonds, chopped

2 c mayonnaise

2 Tbsp dehydrated onions

2 cans chinese noodles


Combine all ingredients except chinese noodles.

Serve on the noodles.

Makes 6-8 servings
