Chinese Coleslaw


2 1/4 c thinly sliced savoy cabbage

1/4 c shredded carrot

2 thinly sliced green onion

1/4 c seasoned rice vinegar

1 tsp sugar

1 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp dark sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced


Combine cabbage and next 2 ingredients in a bowl.

Combine vinegar, and next 5 ingredients in a bowl, stir well.

Pour over cabbage mixture , toss well.
