¼ cup Bisquick mix

2 Tbsp. milk

1 Tbsp. granulated sugar

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp.coconut oil

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon


Lightly spray a microwavable mug with cooking spray and then mix together bisquick, milk, sugar, vanilla and coconut oil inside.

Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the mixture in mug.

Microwave on high for one minute. Carefully take out of the microwave and enjoy.

  1. I realize this post is 3 years old, but this mug cake cake out really fluffy and light. It hit the spot! Thanks!

  2. Made this last night, to use up some Bisquick mix. Yum! I increased the cinnamon to 3/4 teaspoon. After baking I painted it with a teaspoon of melted salted butter.

  3. Used Carbquick instead of Bisquick and swerve (brown sugar blend and granulated) instead of sugar since I have an autoimmune disorder and sugar is not my friend. Baked it at 350 for 16 minutes. Was very tasty. Next time I’ll cut the brown sugar topping to .5-.75T instead of 1T
