Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
1 tub (16 oz) cottage cheese
3/4 cup strawberries or mix-ins of your choosing
Sweetener or vanilla extract to taste
Add sweetener and vanilla to cottage cheese and transfer to a blender or food processor. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Chop up strawberries and fold into cottage cheese mixture.
Freeze for two to three hours.
If frozen overnight, defrost in fridge for up to an hour.
Serve and enjoy!
