Crock Pot Pumpkin Dessert
29 oz pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
13 oz evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
Place foil in your slow cooker and spray the foil.
Mix all ingredients in bottom layer and pour in the pot.
Sprinkle the cake mix on top.
Melt butter and pour over or cube and lay on top.
Cook on low for 3 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean. It is soft on the bottom and crispy on top.
Serve with cool whip.
** Optional to add chopped nuts on top of cake mix.
