EASY Dump Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
3 cups milk
2 cups water
One 12oz bag of wide or extra wide egg noodles
Four 5oz cans tuna in water (NOT drained)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sweet peas
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Optional:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup French’s crispy fried onions
Directions
Place into Foodi pot:
3 cups milk
2 cups water
One 12oz bag of wide or extra wide egg noodles
Sprinkle on top of ingredients: 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp black pepper
Put on top of ingredients:
Four 5oz cans of tuna in water including the water (your choice of white or light)
Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes
Release pressure after 3 minutes. I recommend a gradual release turning the release valve half-way.
Stir contents of pot after PC is completed. Don’t worry about extra liquid. It will absorb.
Put into pot one can of sweet peas and 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Fold in the peas and cheese (to avoid mashing the peas).
Optional: Add ¼ cup of French’s crispy fried onions. Mix ½ cup plain bread crumbs with ½ tsp Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the ingredients in pot. Broil for 10 minutes until the bread crumbs are lightly browned.
