Fried onion salmon
4, 5-ounce salmon fillets
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 cups French-fried onions
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking pan with foil.
Brush each fillet with honey mustard and press French-fried onions into the salmon so they stick.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through; drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
