Ground Beef Lo Mein
1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 bag (19 oz) frozen stir-fry lo mein meal starter
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
Add frozen sauce from packet in meal starter, water and hoisin sauce; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thawed.
Stir in frozen vegetables and noodles from meal starter. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in bean sprouts. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender
