High Protein Guacamole

Ingredients:
4 large avocados, halved
1/2 cup 2% greek yogurt
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl use a potato masher or fork to coarsely mash avocado and greek yogurt.
Add onion, jalapeño, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and sal. Mix until incorporated.
