Holiday Cheese Ball
2 pkg packages of cream cheese, softened, 8 oz each
1/3 c green onion, finely chopped
1/4 c bell pepper, finely chopped
18 oz pineapple, crushed
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 c pecans, finely chopped
1 c pecans, chopped
Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Add cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, pineapple, season salt, and pecans into a large bowl.
Mix until combined. The easiest way to mix this is to use your hands.
After you have mixed all ingredients well shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let chill for 1 1/2 hours.
Roll your cheeses ball into the cup of finely chopped pecans. Once completely covered serve with your favorite crackers!
