Honey Butter Plantains
1 ripe plantain, peeled and sliced in 1 inch slices
2 tablespoons butter
Drizzle of honey
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add plantains, in a single layer.
Cook plantains on each side, for about 3 minutes, or until they reach a caramelized brown color.
Drizzle with honey just before they are ready to eat.
