Instant Pot Cabbage Soup
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Sweet Italian Ground Turkey
1 medium Cabbage (cut up)
1 Pint Heirloom Baby Tomatoes (halved or quartered)
1 Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Pepper (half of each diced)
1 Cup Onions (diced)
Seasonings (any of your favorite)
9 Cups Vegetable or Beef Broth
Cut up cabbage, once the cabbage is cut up, in a separate bowl, coat cabbage with olive oil
In a separate bowl, place ground beef and sweet italian ground turkey; season to your liking.
Add onions, bell peppers and ground meat to your inner pot; using the sear/sauté function, brown meat (no pink). Drain off the grease.
Place meat back into your inner pot; add cabbage, tomatoes and broth to your inner pot; stir well.
Pressure cook on high for 25 minutes; follow with a 15 minute natural release.
Stir, and serve.
