Kale Chips
Ingredients
2 large bunches of Kale
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
Wash the Kale bunches and then dry with a paper towel
Cut out the large center vein, then tear leaves into bite size pieces, keep in mind the leaves will shrink quite a bit so make them larger pieces
Lay kale on baking sheet and spray with the olive oil spray and then sprinkle with salt & pepper
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until leaves are crispy
