1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
1 box lasagna noodles
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
Italian seasoning/ celery seed/ ground sage/ salt/ pepper
1 onion (grated)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 package cream cheese (or ricotta)
Saute the beef and seasonings (I don't measure so just season to your liking) then add in grated onion and garlic until cooked through.
Add the sauce, tomatoes, and beef broth then break the noodles into thirds into the pot. Give a good stir with a drizzle of olive oil.
Pressure cook for 3 minutes with quick release. After pressure is done releasing, stir in cream cheese and some mozzarella.
Serve with extra cheese on top and I had some fresh parsley on hand as well.
