1 lb ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
In large bowl, mix together the meatball ingredients until combined evenly.
Roll into 40 balls (about 1 1/2-2 inches). Space evenly on baking sheet.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Pour half of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Top with meatballs.
Pour remaining sauce over meatballs. Top with shredded cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
