Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef

1 whole onion diced

6 stalks of celery chopped

2-28 oz cans peeled whole tomatoes lightly pureed

1-14 oz can stewed tomatoes

1-6 oz can tomato paste

1-28 oz can of spicy chili beans

1-14 oz can of chili beans

1-14 oz can of pinto beans

3 tbsp ground pepper

1 tbsp kosher salt

3 tbsp taco seasoning

1 tbsp red chili flakes

Directions

Drain the liquid from the Pinto Beans and set aside. Diced the Onion to roughly 1/4" to 1/2" pieces. Chop the Celery to roughly 1/4" thick pieces. Set aside.

Saute the ground beef on medium in the Ninja Foodi until brown then drain the liquid away. Set the Foodi to Sear/Saute at med/Lo and add pinto and all chili beans with their sauces and stir into the ground beef. After about 5 minutes frequently stirring, add the onions and celery and dry spices, stirring gently until thoroughly mixed. Add all of the tomato and stir in until completely mixed.

Turn the Foodi to medium in the Sear/Saute setting and stirred every time you see it start to bubble. Do this for about 15 minutes. If you have the glass lid, you could put that on and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
