Ninja Foodi Chili
12 ounces lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper- to your liking
1 can of Chili Beans or Plain Kidney beans will work
1/2 cup your choice noodles- I used Ditalini
*Garnish with Sour Cream, Crackers, and Shredded Cheese
In your Ninja Foodi place ground beef in pot. Add 1/2 cup of hot water.
Add pressure cooking lid. Make sure valve is set to seal. Hit Pressure- High and set for 20 minutes.
Once time is up do quick release of pressure.
Break up meat if you put it in frozen. Add in the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the BEANS.
Cover with pressure cooking lid. Set to Slow Cook. Time 3 hours.
Add the beans during the last 45 minutes of cooking.
After the time is up stir it up and serve with your favorite cheese! We always add sour cream, Ritz crackers, and sharp shredded cheese.
