1 (8 oz.) package medium egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds ground round
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 small (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz. ) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Cook noodles and set aside. Combine tomato sauce, sour cream and softened cream cheese.
Mix until creamy and set aside.
Brown meat (I sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic powder on the meat) and onion together and drain the juices.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with Pam.
Layer half the noodles in the bottom of the dish. Then put the creamed mixture on top of the noodles (do not stir) and the rest of the noodles on top of the creamed mixture.
Finally place the meat mixture on top of the noodles and sprinkle with the grated cheese (remember, don't stir).
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and browned.
