8-10 peaches (peeled, pits removed)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Peel the peaches and remove the pits and cut into large pieces.
Put peaches into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Transfer to your crockpot and add the sugar, lemon juice and optional cinnamon.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
