1 cup minute rice, uncooked
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 small can mushrooms, drained and sliced
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can onion soup
Melt margarine, pour over rice.
Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and onion soup into a casserole dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered. Then 1/2 hour uncovered
