
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1 egg
1/2 large onion finely diced
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salt adjust to taste
1 tsp. pepper adjust to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Let them sit for about 30 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Using a large ice cream scoop, portion and shape the meatballs.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs for about 30 minutes, or until browned on the outside.
