
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. Stir in the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Spread each spoonful into a thin circle.
Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until deeply golden and crisp around the edges. Allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once fully cooled.
Notes:
Helpful Tip: For the crispiest chips, spread the mixture as thinly as possible. You can also experiment with different seasonings like ranch, Italian herbs, or everything bagel seasoning.
