Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients:
8 ounces sliced mushrooms, cleaned
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
vegetable or canola oil, enough for frying
2 eggs
Instructions:
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Coat mushrooms in the flour mixture for a thin breading. For a thicker breading, dip mushrooms in beaten eggs first, then coat in seasoned flour.
Once the oil is hot, fry the mushrooms until golden brown, around 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Eat your crispy fried mushrooms while warm.
