
Ingredients:
1/2 cup green beans, chopped and steamed until soft
1/2 cup cooked ground turkey, drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup oat flour
Supplements
1/2 tsp. ground flaxseed for fiber and healthy fats
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes for fresh breath and antioxidants
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Steam green beans, then finely chop. Cook and cool the turkey.
In a bowl, mix together green beans, ground turkey, egg, and oat flour (plus optional supplements).
Mix until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, add a little more oat flour.
Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
Use bone-shaped cookie cutters to cut out treats.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
