Jalapeno Pickle Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
1 - 8oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 medium jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
1 medium dill pickle, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
2 tsp. dried dill weed or 2 tablespoons fresh dill
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped jalapeno, chopped dill pickle, minced garlic, dill weed, black pepper, and salt.
Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
Place the mixture onto plastic wrap or parchment paper, then shape it into a ball.
Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Unwrap and serve with crackers, chips, or pita chips.
