Keto Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
12 oz. cooked shredded chicken breast
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
**Optional Add-Ins
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Finely chop your precooked shredded chicken to ensure even cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken with one large egg and a cup of shredded cheddar cheese until the mixture is well combined.
Scoop out portions of the chicken mixture and shape them into small, nugget-sized patties with your hands.
Place the nuggets onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the nuggets from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
