Low Carb Big Mac Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup dill pickles, chopped
2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. sugar-free ketchup
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
shredded lettuce & sesame seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a frying pan, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain fat and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
Top with chopped pickles and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour evenly over the beef and cheese layers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and golden on top.
Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes.
**Optional: sprinkle shredded lettuce and sesame seeds on top.
