Peanut Butter & Apple Pizza for Dogs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or oat flour for a gluten free option
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
1/2 cup diced apple seeds and core removed
1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and olive oil to form a dough. If it's too sticky, add a bit more flour; if it’s too dry, add a little more water.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the diced apple evenly on top of the peanut butter, pressing down lightly to keep them in place. If using, add a sprinkle of shredded cheese for extra flavor.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Allow the pizza to cool completely, then slice it into dog-friendly pieces.
Notes:

Storage:
