
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter, xylitol-free
1 cup oat flour
½ cup whole rolled oats
1 egg
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. ground flaxseed for omega-3 and digestion support
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F. and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and egg until smooth.
Add the oat flour and rolled oats, stirring until a thick dough forms.
Shape the dough into long stick shapes—roll each piece between your hands to form chews about 4–5 inches long.
Place the chew sticks on the baking tray and press lightly to flatten the tops.
Bake for 22–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
*For extra-chewy texture, turn off the oven and let the sticks dry inside for 20 minutes.
Cool completely before serving
