Ingredients:
2 packs ramen noodles (discard or use seasoning packet to taste)
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled/deveined
8–12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 eggs (soft-boiled or hard-boiled)
4 cups chicken
1–2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
*Optional heat: hot sauce, red pepper flakes, or a spoon of chili oil
Instructions:
Add eggs to a pot, cover with water, and boil 9–11 minutes for firm yolks or 7 minutes for jammy. Chill, peel, and set aside.
Slice sausage and sear it in a skillet until the edges get browned and glossy.
In a pot, warm broth with garlic, paprika, cajun seasoning, pepper, and a little butter. Taste and adjust spice.
Drop shrimp into the simmering broth and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and curled.
Add ramen noodles and cook 2–3 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with sausage and halved eggs.
*Hit it with hot sauce or chili oil if you’re chasing that spicy ramen vibe.
