
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach, washed & chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour or blended rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend the spinach in a food processor until finely chopped.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, rolled oats, oat flour, applesauce, and oil. If using parsley or flaxseed, mix them in as well. Stir until a dough forms.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut the dough into stick shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter. Place the sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm. Let the sticks cool completely before serving.
