Salmon Nuggets


1 cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon herbes de Provence

6 oz(180 g) salmon fillet,skinless,cut into 10 cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil


In a mixing bowl,combine bread crumbs,Parmesan cheese,salt,black pepper and herbes de Provence.

Mix well.

Dip salmon cubes,one by one,into crumb mixture and press to coat all sides.

In a large nonstick skillet,preheat olive oil over medium heat.

Fry breaded salmon cubes until golden brown,about 2 minutes.

Flip and fry for 1 minute more.
