Slow Cooker Creamy Dill Corn on the Cob
4 corn on the cob
1 C whipping cream
¼ C fresh dill, chopped
2 T butter, melted
¼ C water
salt to taste
Chop each cob of corn into 3 sections. Place into the slow cooker. Combine melted butter and water together
Pour into the slow cooker with the corn.
Cover and cook on high for 1.5 hours or low for 3
In a bowl, combine the cream and dill, mix well
When corn is cooked, pour the cream and dill mixture over the corn. Mix cobs around to cover completely.
Upon serving, sprinkle salt to taste.
