3/4 cup Mayo

1 1/2 cup sour cream

1 pkg dry vegetable soup

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup chopped, drained canned water chestnuts

1 green onion, sliced


Mix first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Serve in bowl or hollowed out round loaf. Serve with assorted crackers and veggies or bread chunks.
