Tahini Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1 medium lemon, zested
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup tahini
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more as needed
black pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. cold water, as needed
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
Directions
Grate the medium lemon into a medium bowl. Juice the lemon into the bowl (about 3 tablespoons).
Add buttermilk, tahini, garlic powder, maple syrup, onion powder, kosher salt, and a few grinds black pepper. Whisk to combine. If the sauce is too thick, whisk in cold water as needed to thin out.
Finely chop the following herbs and add to the sauce: Stir to combine. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed.
**Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Thin out with cold water if needed before serving.
